Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up her gymnastics. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions as a teenager. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card a year after. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. Her return to competition in 2015 continued previous performances, in which she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest She continued to compete for several years setting up new goals. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent the first six years of contest to earn her college degree. In October 2015, she made a return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she finished third. In the summer of 2016, she won winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took sixth place at the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was more proud of the result. Ariel competed against the best of skilled athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel's top body part to exercise includes her lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before going on to working sets. Also Ariel likes to use her time in the most efficient way is possible. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
